Prerequisites

The following are the prerequisites for entry:

• Sincerity
• Openness
• A thirst for Truth and Spiritual Knowledge
• Patience i.e. the understanding that diligence and persistence will all but guarantee results and that Direct Meditation is not a magic key to instant enlightenment
• Mentally and emotionally stable
• Not to have imbibed excessive alcohol or drugs prior to the program
• Not to be a user of 'hard' drugs
• Attendance not driven by a desire to 'push one's own barrow'
• Willing to accept constructive advice with regard to the practice of Direct Meditation
